A large parkour course.

I've been playing "Getting Over It With Bennet Foddy" recently, and it has very addicting gameplay. It takes hours to get good the first time playing, but it's very replayable to try and get a faster time. I feel like something similar with parkour would be pretty fun to do. It should be a large map so that it takes a significant amount of time to play.

That could be fun! It would almost be like an adventure map but parkour themed.
